-The Cirque; lots of comfortable places to sit in lobby -Old San Francisco classic - historic photographs displayed with explanations -staff was excellent -location, view from our upgraded room (thank you!!!) was excellent -away from the hustle and bustle of Union Square, but walking distance to cable car, Chinatown, North Beach -reading lights on beds, enough electrical plugs

The staff was working very hard to compensate for the lack of staffing and lack of facilities to manage such a large hotel with so many visitors
